After immigrating to the US in 1976, Airaj began his career in construction, steadily working his way through the ranks to becoming a general contractor and founding B360 in 1996. His unique combination of technical construction experience and shrewd ability to uncover untapped, infill developments paved the way for his dynamic ascent in the NJ real estate development industry. Under his leadership, B360 has grown its portfolio to 800+ multi-family units and 40,000 square feet of retail space in the span of a decade.
