Corey Wescoe

As Vice President of Acquisitions for PulteGroup’s Northeast Corridor Division, Mr. Wescoe oversees all of the Division’s site selection, underwriting, negotiation, and land purchases throughout eastern Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and southern New York.

Mr. Wescoe is based in the Division’s Bridgewater office and focuses on identifying new development opportunities, due diligence analysis, strategic forward planning, and delivering the company an adequate supply of land in high-barrier-to-entry markets. Mr. Wescoe has been responsible for the sourcing and contracting of projects totaling in excess of 5,000 homes.

 

Mr. Wescoe began his career with PulteGroup in 2004 and has held a variety of roles within the company. In addition to these responsibilities, Mr. Wescoe served as the President of the New Jersey Builders Association from 2019 through 2020, the state’s largest shelter-industry trade association. He continues to serve the Association as a Life Director and has been a member of its Board for over 14 years. During his presidency, Mr. Wescoe is credited with spearheading legislation that was ultimately passed to address building code inspection reform. Prior to Mr. Wescoe’s appointment as President of the state association, he served as the youngest President in the history of the Shore Builders Association of Central New Jersey, successfully navigating the association through the housing downturn, while also working with legislators and local businesses to address local impacts as a result of Superstorm Sandy. Mr. Wescoe has been recognized by national publication, Builder Magazine, and locally by NJBIZ as part of both of their 2019 Forty Under 40 classes.

 

Prior to joining the Center for Real Estate’s Executive Committee, Mr. Wescoe served for the past 6 years on its Emerging Leaders Council. Mr. Wescoe holds degrees in Economics and Political Science from Rutgers College, Rutgers University and currently resides in Bridgewater, NJ with his wife and 2 children.
