The knowledge I gained from that course helped me secure an offer for my current Summer Internship.
I am currently a rising Senior at the Rutgers Business School majoring in Finance with a Concentration in Real Estate. I am an advocate of the Center for Real Estate because the coursework puts an emphasis on concepts that are applicable to careers in real estate, and is taught by practitioners like Professors Kevin Riordan, David Frame, and Morris Davis that have had long successful careers in real estate. A great example is Real Estate Capital Markets, taught by Professor Kevin Riordan. The knowledge I gained from that course helped me secure an offer for my current Summer Internship. I have been involved with the Center for Real Estate for the past 2 years, I am a member of the Rutgers Real Estate Society, I am one course away from completing my concentration and I am a 2-time recipient of scholarships from the Center for Real Estate.
