A charismatic visionary and industry changemaker, S. Airaj Hasan is the founder and CEO of Blackstone 360 (B360), a vertically integrated, boutique development, design, and construction company with a primary focus in multi-family and mixed-use residences in North Jersey.

George Jacobs has been in the real estate industry since 1974.

As Senior Vice President for New Jersey, Mr. Ladell oversees AvalonBay’s development activities throughout New Jersey. Mr. Ladell is also the Chair of the Rutgers Center for Real Estate Executive Committee.

Susan Mello heads Walker & Dunlop’s entire Capital Markets platform. Ms. Mello brings over 28 years of experience in real estate investments and joint ventures, and she is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company’s structured debt and equity transactions through a wide range of capital sources.

Joanna Mulford is a managing director at PGIM Real Estate and the portfolio manager and chief financial officer for PRISA, PGIM Real Estate’s flagship U.S. core equity real estate fund.

Edward San George, MPA, PCAM – Ed is the President and Owner of INTEGRA Management Corp. located in Mt. Arlington, NJ. INTEGRA is the preeminent common interest realty management company serving all of New Jersey for 40 years.

As Vice President of Acquisitions for PulteGroup’s Northeast Corridor Division, Mr. Wescoe oversees all of the Division’s site selection, underwriting, negotiation, and land purchases throughout eastern Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and southern New York.

Ted Zangari is a Member of Sills Cummis & Gross, a commercial law firm with New Jersey offices in Newark. He chairs the Firm’s Real Estate Department as well as the Firm’s Redevelopment Law Practice Group. He also serves on the Firm’s Management Committee.
